I made Trst - Sesljan in 35'15", with an average 29.22km/h. I felt this morning's 1h physiotherapy for the ankle.
Next time will be better. :)
It's always a grateful surprise when I realize I achieved a new goal.
This week I made a big improvement in my cycling. Two days ago, cycling against a 40+ km/h Burja (Bora) wind, I covered the 10km distance between Križ (S. Croce) and Opčine (Opicina) in 23'06", with an average 25.35km/h. Today I made that same route in 22'40", with an average 26.39km/h. But today there was no wind, so basically I think the two results can be thought of as one. Which is a very big improvement from the previous personal record of 25'05", set a couple of months ago. :)

Especially if to take such a photo you made 10km cycling in wind and slight rain. And another 10km to get home again.
It was a nice and short bike ride on the Napoleonica road, which was almost desert. I crossed only a couple of people running down the road. It was also the first MTB ride after I changed the rear derailleur and I hoped the shifting problems were gone, but there is still a little tuning to do on Sexmachine.
